No-CD & No-DVD Patch troubleshooting: The most common problem getting a No-CD/No-DVD patch to work is ensuring that the No-CD/No-DVD patch matches you're game version, because the games exe is changed when a patch update is applied previous versions won't work.

Downloads 1 & 2 contain images of the two install discs for version 1.0 of the game. The serial number required to install the game is on the 6th 'screenshot'. Although this scan advertises another product (The Sims) it is actually a picture of the reverse side of the SimCity 4 CD case.

Download 3 is the updater to version 1.02 of SimCity 4

Download 4 is a NoCD for SimCity 4. Mounting a locked image of Disc 1 will also allow the game to play, although using the NoCD is more convenient.

Download 5 is the Rush Hour Expansion Pack (1.1 v1517), released in 2004.

Download 6 contains a patched NoDVD copy of the Rush Hour application. It is for 1.1 v1337 rather than 1.1 v1517 but seems to work OK. If there are problems you can always mount the Rush Hour Expansion Pack disc image to allow the game to play.

Download 7 is a beta Universal Binary patch for Rush Hour but it specifically requires the Rush Hour expansion pack that was bundled with the SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition DVD (released in 2005). This UB patch cannot be used on the version of Rush Hour on this page.

In 2014, the Deluxe Edition was re-released for Intel Macs only, and can be purchased from Aspyr and also from the Mac App Store or Steam.
